LR Comfort Control Range

The Vapac VapaNet resistance heater range of units uses a common management program with the electrode boiler units. That is the VOS-6 operating system that has proved to be so successful throughout the Vapac humidification product range. The single step LR units combine the high level of technology of the electrode boiler units, but with resistance heater elements mounted in a long life Stainless Steel cylinder, to provide a consistent and reliable low maintenance option.

Options

Alpha-Numeric-Display. All VapaNet units can be fitted, either in house or on site, with a four line Alpha-Numeric-Display. This provides a clear indication of unit performance as well as simplifying commissioning.
Room Distribution Units. Where the LR system is to be used in a free discharge application Room Distribution Units can be utilised to disperse the generated steam direct into the conditioned space.

Key features

Capacities. There are 7 units in the range with 5, 10, 20 and 30 kg/hr single cylinder units in conjunction with 40, 50 and 60 kg/hr twin cylinder units.
Water supply. As the units incorporate resistance heater elements the boiling action is not water conductivity dependant. This means that any potable water can be used. However should Base Exchange treated water be available then this could be used to benefit the long term maintenance free operational periods. Where Reverse Osmosis water is available the optimum in maintenance free operation could be achieved.
