GFP Close Control Range

The Vapac VapaNet GF, the only UK designed and manufactured gas fired steam humidifier of its type available in Europe, utilising cost effective gas power to produce environmentally efficient steam. Using the comprehensive VapaNet management system to control the burner fan speed, the Vapac VapaNet GFP unit can operate proportionally between 15% and 100% of maximum output. The system has been designed with a high efficiency burner and heat exchanger to give low temperature flue emissions.

The single step GF units can be used as “slaves” to proportionally controlled GF(P) “master” units. Up to ten units can be connected using two core connecting cables.

Key features

Control.Fully proportional ranging between 15% and 100% of maximum.
Master/Slave. The proportional control unit, operating as “Master” can utilise the VapaNet management program to manage the operation of up to nine “Slave” units taking the maximum system capacity to 850 kg/hr.
Duties. Nine output levels between 6 and 85 kg/hr
Lon Works. All VapaNet gas fired units can be incorporated into any compatible open architecture BMS.
Flue. Type “B” or Type “C” flue arrangements available.
Certification. All units have been certified by GASTEC to conform to all European gas regulations.
Nox Levels. The VapaNet design delivers low Nox levels of 36ppm at maximum output equating to an efficiency level of 95.65%.
