EWS engineers are strategically based throughout the U.K. and equipped to provide both routine and emergency service to all our customers, enabling us to provide national maintenance contracts. To ensure a quick response in emergencies our team of engineers operate a rota system so making sure there are engineers on call 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
Our aim at all times is to respond to emergencies within four hours — unless, of course, it is a site where we have contracted to be there even quicker.
