The Cubit Steam Generator has brought steam raising right up to date using precise process controlled technology. At the heart of the Cubit Steam Generator is a water metering system that regulates the flow to the heat exchanger to provide high quality dry saturated steam. Desolved solids are removed as part of the process and the unique patented design of Cubit does not require expensive separator or blowdown equipment.
Cubit Steam Generators can be gas or oil fired and provide up to 1000 kg/hr of dry saturated steam. The modular design provides both operational resilience and optimises efficiency where the steam load varies during the day.
Cubit provides high quality steam to a wide range of applications including, for example, cooking, sterilising and various production processes as well as large-scale humidification where one of the control options allows it to be fully integrated into building management systems.
The all stainless steel Cubit range uses demineralised water to produce clean steam suitable for the pharmaceutical industries or for humidifying large clean rooms needed for the manufacture of semi-conductors and similar electronic components.
